(FY22 ETS SL1 ONLY) & (FY23 ETS INITIAL TERM ONLY)
In an effort to facilitate the retention of skill level 1 Soldiers with an FY22 ETS date and initial term Soldier FY23 ETS date we have expanded the opportunity for them to reenlist for reclassification into a new MOS. A list of MOSs will be available in the Training tab and updated every Tuesday.
Training start dates will be between 60-90 days out so do not request these vacancies if the Soldier is not eligible to attend training during this timeframe. Requests will be processed IAW current processing guidance unless stated otherwise.
As an exception, normal in/out call rules will not apply for SL1 Soldiers with an FY22 ETS date and Initial Term Soldiers with an FY23 ETS date (not to include Precision Retention). **Precision Retention must be processed through the Eligibility Management Team (EMT).**
Soldiers may request up to two MOSs in the Hotform. HRC will make the final decision.
Note: Army Training is reserved on a first come first serve basis. There will be no exceptions.
