The current Selective Retention Bonus (SRB) Program, MILPER Message 20-321, is set to expire on 8 Jan 2021. This means that the last day to reenlist (if eligible) under the current message is 7 Jan 2021. The new MILPER Message, 20-434 (SRB), goes into effect on 8 Jan 2021.

Many MOSs are currently eligible for selective retention bonuses are either being removed, or reduced on 8 Jan 2021. Some may increase. Don’t delay, visit your unit retention office and speak to your Career Counselor today! #StayArmy
